Sudarshan Yellamaraju grinded to make the 36-hole cut at TPC Sawgrass. He made the best of his weekend, ascending to T-5 at the 2026 Players Championship thanks in large part to a 4-under 68 on Sunday. The 24-year-old, self-taught PGA Tour rookie from Canada began playing the sport by watching YouTube videos of now-peer Rory McIlroy and practicing in an all-purpose sports dome in Winnipeg.
